  • If you want to find the settings go to:
    Plugins>Installed Plugins

Once you load the Installed Plugins, you’ll see:

    Click Settings.

    Cheers!

    Try that instead.

Thanks so much for your reply, but I’m afraid this doesn’t work either.
I’m landing in the forms overview again …. no sign of the settings page.

What is your path of search?
Are you still on the dashboard, and choose “Contact” in the menu to the left? Because you don’t want to go that route.

You want to go to the dashboard, and choose Plugins>Installed Plugins.
Have you activated the plugin? Can you give me a screenshot of what you see?

Tried it through the dashboad and the plugins page, but doesn’t work I’m afraid.

Please find the screenshot of what I see here:

    Thanks again!

Hmm… so you don’t have this screen at all?

    Edited to fix link

Oh wait now.. Maybe we’re having a bit of a mis-communication.
What kind of settings do you need to change? All contact form settings are changeable within a new contact form. Which is why, when you click settings, it takes you to the contact form page. Create a new contact form, and then change the settings within the form. Do I make sense?
    Let me know your thoughts.

JanJanssen00, you can’t click on the blue “Contact form 1” or “Sans titre” text in the Title column?

Where do you create a new contact form?

At the top of the Contact page:

    See here

Imabee, thanks for clearing that up for me. WordPress apparently installed this plugin incorrectly for my site:

EDITED: nevermind, I’m an idiot and installed the wrong plugin

@Imabee – I do get that screen, but once I click on settings I land on the page I made the screenshot off.

I’ve installed a plugin called “Contact Form 7 – Campaign Monitor Addon”, in order to link my form to Campaign Monitor. However, to use it I have setup general stuff (not form specific) through the ‘Settings-page’.

@takayuki Miyoshi Yes I can, but as explained above; I need to alter some general settings.

Again, thank you for your replies. Hope you can help me in finding a solution.

@jan – What sort of settings are you looking to change? If you give me more detail, I can try to help.
