[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Settings page not displaying after WP 3.2.1 upgrade

The Contact Form 7 settings page isn’t displaying any of my existing forms since upgrading to the latest WP and Contact Form plugin. All that’s displayed is ‘Contact Form 7’ and an ‘add new’ button – this works, but any new form created since the upgrade is also not displayed.
Any ideas how this can be fixed?
