    im getting this message when i press submit, it doesnt send the email, i see no spinning icon and no messages, all i get is a blank page in my theme with the above message.

    I am a genius, my stubborness ALWAYS PAYS OFF, and this time is no exception!! Wooooohhhooooooooooo! I am so happy right now, I’ve sorted it!

    To everyone who kindly replied, thank you to you all. A special thanks goes to t31os_ for trying to help, theform works fine now, i get the validation errors and also the status messages work too, the email is also sent.

    HOW I DID IT!
    substitute, dont give up hope yet mate heres how i worked it out:

    one of my form fields was called ‘name’, i changed that too ‘your-name’, matched it with the mail settings and everything works fine now.
