[Plugin: Contact Form 7 to Database Extension] $_GET(http_get_parameter) not work

Adding some info after put debugging the filter shown below:

It looks $_GET(state) didn’t translate:

[0] => address_state
                    [1] => =
                    [2] => $_GET(state)

Hmmm…???

There may be a bug introduced…I’ll investigate further…

I put in a bug fix and released and update: version 2.3.1 which should be available shortly.

Just a suggestion, how to display if no data found with some text i.e. “No data found” instead of table header?
