[Plugin: Contact Form 7 to Database Extension] field empty on click

Hi,
I have a strange bug in the Contact Form 7 to Database Extension. When i want to edit a blue line the input field gets empty. When i change it and press: ok, the field gets empty.
But when i refresh the page it did save.The white fields work good….
