I have 2 forms on my WordPress site using Contact form 7. I installed the latest version of theThe Contact form 7 to database plugin, but today I noticed it is only storing the fields from the first contact in the database.

I tried to re-activate the plugin and update to the latest development version, but on the database page I can only see just 1 form in the dropdown field.

Any idea what could be the problem?

FYI: I’m also using the Campaign Monitor Addon for Contact Form 7 (https://www.bettigole.us/published-work/wordpress-contributions/campaign-monitor-addon-for-contact-form-7/) on the ‘missing’ form.

Try: (1) disable Campaign Monitor plugin, (2) submit something using your form, (3) check the Database page. Does the submission show? That will help us understand if Campaign Monitor is the issue.

Thx for the reply. It did the trick. Much appreciated.

Also after re-activating the Campaign Monitor plugin all new form submits end up in the database. (I’m using the latest development version of the database plugin).
