[Plugin: Contact Form 7 to Database Extension] Upload files and open in a new tab

I use your great plug in ( i bought also the extension) and i would like to open in a new tab the pdf file uploaded when i click on link in the table. how can i do?
I also tried to upload a .doc files. it’s correctly uploaded but when i try to open seems corrupted and it’s impossibile visualize that. how can i do?
