[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Use without shortcode

I am wondering if it possible to use the form without the shortcode. I want to put a contact form in the footer.php file so it shows on the footer of my site but if I put the shortcode in that file, it obviously won’t work.

Is there a way around this at all? I tried making a contact form, placing it on a page and taking the code but that didn’t work for me.
