[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Verification boxes improperly spaced

I’m using CF7 for an Information Request Form. For some reason, when an error saying invalid email, or the success message, pops up under “submit”, it sits behind the submit button. Fill out a form with an incomplete email to see what I mean. (I usually would be able to fix this myself, except 90% of the code was inherited from the last dev and the one before him, so things are a bit fuzzy codewise anyways)
