    nitasoans – I assume you are on WordPress 3.5. We are not yet compatible with this version. We are working right now to upgrade our product to be compatible with 3.5 and add a number of new features that were already in the pipeline.

    Sorry for the delay and the issues of not being ready for 3.5 may have caused you.
