[Plugin: ContactMe] Contact Management

From what I have read on the ContactMe web site I can create a form and embed the coding in a text widget on my web site and the people that contact me will have their info put in the contact management screen on your web site and I can have an email notification.

Do I need to install the plug in on WP to accomplish this?

If I do install the plug in will the info from the form I create go to the contact management area on your web site? I couldnt see how to link the two.
