[Plugin: Content Headings Tree] Added please setting a header for widget

I updated the plugin and it now supports nesting level of headings.

I suggest adding an optional feature “floating tree headings”. For long articles that would be very convenient.

I believe @sorbing is referring to a feature that would allow the widget to to remain visible even when scrolling down the page. Something like this plugin:
