[Plugin: ConveyThis Blog Translator] Show button only on specific posts

Our site is bilingual but its directed at a primarily Spanish-speaking audience. What can we do to provide the translation button only on posts that are written in English so they could be translated to Spanish. In other words, we wouldn’t need it showing in every post. Thanks.
