[Plugin: Cool Author Box] box does not show

Help! This looks like a beautiful plug in and he who writes is an author. The site is:

I downloaded, installed but nothing shows up to tell me that the installation occurred. I imagined, based on what I thought I understood that ‘something’ should appear at the bottom of a blog. For the record, the website has already an ‘about the author’ page – one of the suggested requisite of the plug-in when I read the instructions.
Any clue will be welcome – if so, I will repeat the lines from King John,
