[Plugin: Cool Video Gallery] Couple of Issue

I am playing around with a cool video and really like. But i have come across some small bugs.
1. I cannot delete videos once they are uploaded. When I click on delete I get a transparent black screen and nothing else. No way to delete anything.
2. The second is the preview image width setting it will not go over 100 wide. I can do any width between 0 and 100 but 100 is it. Height works just fine, i can do any height i want. I have seen one post with sort of the same issue that said to change the code in the cool-video-gallery.php but even after doing that i still get a max width of 100px.

Any help would be great, I am stuck on getting the videos embedded and working before moving on to anything else on the website.
