I have made sure that the php.ini file allow_url_fopen = On has been enabled. I just don’t know how to get rid of this message from the top of my page. Can anyone help?

youtube videos are not attaching to Cool Video Gallery after entering video ID. Even not taking “add video” button.

Same problem as others 9 month ago.
fopen and SimpleXML enabled.
