[Plugin: Cool Weather] No Longer Supported?

Hi, I love this plugin, but it seems that it is no longer being supported.

It receives its weather data from https://phprpc-weather.appspot.com/
However, that no longer works.
Does anyone out there have an alternate source for similar weather data?

I’d like to fix/update my copy of this plugin.
