• I installed this plugin from the yith website and finally discovered it is not tested with the latest wordpress 4.8.2
which became clear when I went into The settings. In product add ons specifically the drop downs are corrupt and they are also mirrored in woo commerce settings.

When deactivating the plugin, woo commerce settings drop downs return to normal. I wont be buying until this plugin is updated and current.

The pre-sales people kept trying to push me to buy premium even after I told them this.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

We are working to the new update of YITH WooCommerce Product Add-Ons (free). In next version we will add the compatibility to WordPress 4.8.x and WooCommerce 3.2.x, it will be released probably in next week.

Can you explain me better what you mean with “Product variations ( required ) add ons stop working as before after deleting the plugin”?

    Thank you,
    YITH

    Hi,
Good to hear you are working on an update.

    2. I mean when creating a group then an add on. I create 2 options and tick checkbox of main add on to Required. After I deleted the plugin and reinstalling it, when clicking on one of the options before add to cart, nothing happens, the box just shakes and turns red ?

How do I delete this plugin completely so I can do a fresh install and try again?

    Thanks

I don’t know how to delete from the DB that as I am not an advanced user ?

Why don’t you the developer, simply add a delete all in the setting of the plugin ?
