Hi, great plugin! It works perfectly on one site/host, but can’t be activated on another.

Warning: Cannot use a scalar value as an array in /home/amassey/public_html/2013/wp-content/plugins/simple-subscribe/libs/Nette/Nette.min.php on line 5897

Fatal error: Class ‘SimpleSubscribe\Widgets’ not found in /home/amassey/public_html/2013/wp-content/plugins/simple-subscribe/SimpleSubscribeInit.php on line 50

    WP version 3.8
    PHP 5.3.25
php mail seems to work, WordPress sends emails
Tried to switch to Twenty Thirteen, all other plugins are deactivated

    Any help appreciated. Thanks!

  • Hi there mate!

Are you sure you’re not missing a file? ?? While copying maybe, cause it says Class widgets is missing, it should be there. I recomend deleting and installing plugin again – from wordpress repository.

Let me know how did it go.

    Thank you Mart! Instant response!

I’ve tried deleting and installing already. Also I tried to download the whole “simple-subscribe” folder from the working site and FTP upload it to the problematic one. Same fatal error.

Can you mail me directly and I’ll have a look on your server? ??

    Regards,
    Mart
