Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Hi,
    I’m new to wordpress and my knowledge is very limited. I have installed the Advanced Page Manager plugin for a while but the last few weeks I’ve had problems with pages, every time I tried to access the Worpdress stayed and kept thinking and I couldn’t create new pages or access them.
    What I did was disable the pluging to see if it was incompatible with any else, but when trying to activate it gave me the following error.

    “Could not be activated Plugin Because it triggered a fatal error.”

    Now I can’t even access pages or edit, the editor of pages is blank.

    Can someone help me?

    Hi leedu01

    After being looking at several forums, I found no solution, I knew there was an incompatibility with another plugin but did not know where or how to solve it. I am going to tell you what I did that probably is not the best solution but it worked for me and I hope it help you too.

    I disable all plugins and then I started to activate all but the first plugin you should start to activate is “advance page manager”, and then the other ones.

    The error did not appeare and I could activate all of them.

    Although since then I’ve noticed that from time to time in the page editor when I try to go to the “all pages” it is stop to thinking for a while and this do not leave me to see all the pages, to solve it I have to do the same operation as I’ve told you, desactivate and then activate, and with that and returns to work everything.

    as I say, is not a solution to the problem but at least I get no error and I can continue working.

    It’s difficult for me to know what the conflict might be without knowing what other plugins are active. Since it has been several months I’m going to hope that the incompatibility has been fixed. If not, feel free to repost in this forum.
