Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    I tried this plugin on two different sites It gives same error.
    Fatal error: Class ‘UsersWP_Meta’ not found in /home/xxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/userswp/includes/helpers/meta.php on line 65.
    Please help.
