Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

  • I have installed xeroom plugin from the plugin page on my website however it get this fatal error when trying to activate it?
    Error: Site error: the ionCube PHP Loader needs to be installed. This is a widely used PHP extension for running ionCube protected PHP code, website security and malware blocking. Please visit get-loader.ioncube.com for install assistance.

    Im guessing I need to install the ioncube PHP Loader, can anyone help? My site is running on PHP7.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
