Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

  • Whenever I am trying to activate the Gleap Plugin, it showing me a result like: “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’ in /home/kitciyiu/public_html/passivern.com/wp-content/plugins/gleap/public/class-gleap-public.php on line 101”

    I have contacted to my hosting service Namecheap and they said me: ” Unfortunately, I do not see any other error logs from the hosting side, it is better to contact the support team of the plugin.”.

    So how can I solve the problem now?
