Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    When I try to activate the plugin I get the following error
    version_compare(): Passing null to parameter #2 ($version2) of type string is deprecated in?/wp-content/plugins/elementor/core/experiments/manager.php?on line?170

    I have checked that all the system requirements are sufficient.
    The PHP version I am using is 8.3.11

    That message was related to something else and I got rid of by downgrading to PHP 8.1.
    But I am still not able to activate the BBP Core.
    The error message is:
    Uncaught ArgumentCountError: 13 arguments are required, 1 given in ...
    wp-content/plugins/bbp-core/includes/admin/settings/options/options_customizer.php?on line?35
