    If you do not have an active premium subscription, you can either purchase a subscription or downgrade to the free version.

    I had a fatal error on the FREE version 23.2 but it was due to a failed update. I’ve uploaded a fresh install of the plugin and it works fine. You could try that.

    Good to hear that! The issue noticed by the thread opened customer has been fixed by our Premium support channel, and I can see that the specific website is using the latest version of our plugins, 23.2.
