Can somebody please help me delete this plugin? If I open an incognito window on my browser I can get to the site but as soon as I try to disable or delete the plugin I get a blank white page! This is my business website!!!!!

Delete the plugin and make sure the WPSC part in the .htaccess file is deleted too. If not, delete it. It starts like this:

    # BEGIN WPSuperCache

PS: But I think you should also investigate the source of the problem. WP Super Cache is an excellent plugin.

I CAN’T delete the plugin. My admin page is blank, just like everything else.

and the plugin is definitely the issue. I have never had this problem until I installed this plugin and within moments this happened.

Have you deleted the WPSC block from the .htaccess file?

Launch your FTP client, go to your site’s root and open the .htaccess. Look for “BEGIN WPSuperCache” and delete the block up to “END WPSuperCache”.

In addition to the .htaccess block, deleting the wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache folder as well.

Then, please ask/find your PHP error log and include any errors here. There’s a fair chance that your server ran out of memory or there’s another plugin conflicting if the wp-admin isn’t loading at all.

i HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THAT PLUG IN TOO! gETTING SERVER ERRORS! i WENT TO FILE MANAGER OPENED THE WP CONTENT FOLDER & THE PLUG INS FOLDER & DELETED THE wpsc FOLDER & GOT MY PADES BACK!

I went to W3 Total Cache! No problems with that Plug in! Works great!
