Plugin crashed my whole site

  • I cannot access my site anymore because the plugin crashed my whole site in troubleshoot mode! Deleted the plugin via ftp to be able to login again and now I cannot disable any plugin in wordpress anymore without it crashing the complete site…. This plugin just made a big mess.

    Sorry to hear that, when you say it crashed your site, can you elaborate a bit, what do you define as “crashed”?

    Also, would you mind creating a support topic at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/health-check/ so that we can look into this together, what we’d need is a list of your active plugins and versions, as well as theme (I’d like it to be a support thread as it’s more appropriate than using the reviews section).
