Plugin crashed our site using older version of WordPress

This is a disaster. There was no warnings on the plugin, and I’ve used it successfully on my newer sites.
We have a new website built on a newer version of WordPress and so I went to install this plugin to redirect our older website to the new one, but it crashed everything on installation.
We need help restoring our website now.
PLEASE HELP!
