  • Same here. WP 5.2.2 All plugins and themes up to date.

Didn’t totally crash it, but messed up css files I guess because not all charged (can’t be more precise sorry).

    @danatenuit,

Just wanted to give you a heads up, this plugin is currently crashing my website.

Did you receive any error messages? What type of server is your site hosted in? What PHP version is your server running?

I am currently running WordPress 5.2.2 which is the latest at time of posting.

Is this the first time you install the plugin? Or did you already have the plugin running in your site with a previous version of WordPress and working without any issues?

The above information will help us understand why the plugin crashed your site.

@johanncr, please start a new support thread. It is easier for us to troubleshoot one problem per user at a time.

    Thank you

No, I just got the wordpress theme defaul page that my website was currently down. This told me that wordpress was still running at the the theme was still working.
I couldn’t access my wp-admin page or any other page. WordPress is hosted on a IIS on our company’s server.

    We are running PHP 7.0

We have been running the plugin for months now without any issues.

Hi, are you able to ftp into your site and disable the plugin by renaming the plugins folder?

We have been running the plugin for months now without any issues.

Can you let me know what changed in your site or server to crash your site? Also can you confirm that it was our plugin and not a different plugin that crashed your site?

    Thank you

We know it is this plugin that crashed the site because it is the only one we had to disable to get the site working again. He have left this plugin disabled. I am looking seeing if updated anything on our website or changed anything.

Hi, thank you reporting back and providing more information. The other option you can carry out is to disable all Firewall rules. Then carry out a test. If your site does not crash then you know that one of the Firewall rules is clashing with your site or another plugin.

Let me know how you go.

    Regards
