Plugin crashes in Word Press 6.6.1 (Backend)

Does it work if you don’t use a reusable block? Because that is a known bug at the moment. I think tjis is because of a problem with WordPress 6.6.x

that’s right, it always occurs when the table of contents is used as a reusable block.

Otherwise the plugin works.

Unfortunately, I have installed everything as a reusable block. But if the problem is known, there will certainly be an update soon.

Can someone verify that it still occurs? I just tried to reproduce it with a reusable block (synced) and SimpleTOC. Maybe something changed in chrome? I can’t get it to crash anymore.

I have just tested it on a test page with Firefox. Unfortunately, the problem still exists here.

I have now manually replaced the blocks on our production page and no longer use a template.

Try installing the latest Gutenberg plugin version. That resolves the browser crash issue with synced blocks in 6.6 (the fix will be included in WP 6.7, I think) so it might also fix this similar sounding issue…
