Plugin Crashing our site

  • The link builder plugin is compromising our site by causing our site to time out. We’ve rolled back our entire site and found that only when the Amazon plugin was activated di we begin timing out. Otherwise, the entire site works like it should. We’ve also researched if there were any other plugins the Amazon Plugin may have been conflicting with and none were found. Our issue begin shortly after installing the latest WordPress v5.0.1. We’ve since rolled back to v4.9.9 and generated a new API key as well. We’ve even gone as far as paying for additional resources in the event the issue could be solved with additional CPU and RAM. We’re out of ideas and were wondering if theirs an update coming and if so when. Also, if anyone else had recent issues with the Amazon Plugin since the WP update. Does anyone have an alternative method or plugin to replace Amazons? Any help would be greatly appreciated as our business relies on this plugin at this time. Otherwise our only option is to go manually linking.

    Currently the plugin is not working in mi sites after the update of WordPress 5.
    I tested in two sites with the classic editor plugin and the amazon plugin does not work.
    I have not experienced other problems in the sites related to their performance or load, they still work, the products must be entered with other Amazon tools.

    Currently Amazon Associates Link Builder plugin is not supported in Gutenberg editor of WordPress.Work in progress for to make it compatible.

    Although it is working successfully with classic editor (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/classic-editor/).

    Please provide the following details in order to allow us to debug the issue if it is not working with classic editor:

    1. Browser version on which you are facing the issue.
    2. Does the issue occur on all browsers or only a specific browser?
    3. PHP version (You can use plugins like display PHP version that display your PHP version on the WordPress dashboard)
    4. PHP error logs
    5. List of plugins installed on your system
    6. Operating system version
    7. Browser console log.

    Hello, this morning i have the same issue in my website (wordpress 4.9.9 / not update).

    Yesterday all goes well, and this morning the plugin crashed all my page article, causing our site to time out. If i disabled the plugin all goes well. (No other plugin has been update from yesterday).

    I don’t know what can be happen…
