• Three times now the plugin has crashed our site. Specifically pages that use woocommerce. So the catalog and product pages. If I rename the mu-plugin folder after the critical error, everything returns to normal. The folder is recreated, but everything works. Any ideas?

    Hi @kbdiverservices

Thank you so much for getting in touch with us. Please accept our apologies for the difficulty this has caused you.
Maybe you disable the Woocommerce plugin by Wp Plugin Manager. That might be the reason the problem has occurred.

Would you please enable the “WooCommerce” plugin if you have disabled it and check after that?

If the issue still persists, it would be good to create a support ticket on our website https://hasthemes.com/contact-us

    Thanks!

Not disabled. As stated the problem is corrected by renaming the mu-plugin folder. It then get recreated and everything works fine for a bit until it happens again..always at night when the update scheduler runs at 3:30am. The error happens right then. Now before you do what every plugin maker does and blame everything else but their own plugin. We’ve disabled that updater and it still happened at a regular update.

    It’s WP Auto Update
