[Plugin: Cross Slide Cross Fade] "Slide and cross-fade"

i installed this plugin but looks like the animation below doesnt work..
“Slide and cross-fade” (https://tobia.github.com/CrossSlide/ ) *second animation

it woks only “Static cross-fade” and “Ken Burns effect”

how do i effect to slide (scroll) during the effect of fading like the second animaton?
