    Hi

    Your first point is not really a bug but you are right and this exact thing crossed my mind just couple days ago. I’ve just not gotten around to putting in measures to prevent users getting ahead of themselves.

    I might put some notifications just above the Submit button. Or maybe a row of icons representing the most popular features i.e. content, title, custom fields, categories. That way when users arrived on the Create Posts screen there is a quick visual on what they may have missed.

    Maybe i can use the icons from the WordPress admin menu ??

    As for your second issue can you post the error please. I assume you reset a table, created a new project which used that table and it triggered error. Good find if so. ??

    Hello Ryan,

    I tried to “reuse” a table from a former project.

    I don′t use csv upload or data import. I directly start with Step 2:

    * delete the current project
    * start new project
    * select the old table with the data rows inside and there I select “reset posts” (it′s because the first post generation process fails – I delete all posts by WP-Admin … the “reset tables” leads to a function missing error – see other post)
    * doing all needed stuff (like template and category selection)
    * Go to step 3 and start “create posts” (submit)

    The error message is:

    “Problem Detected During Post Creation

    A problem was detected during the post creation process. The severity can only be established by checking logs and any posts created or expected to have been created.”

    Best regards,
    Kai

    Just added notifications on Create Post panel warning user a title template and a content template is required.

    The form is also hidden so users cannot attempt to create posts until these requirements are met.

    I still want to do the icons idea for reference though.

    Ryan said this was fixed.

    I’m just looking over all the new posts to make sure nothing was missed.
