[Plugin: CSV Importer] Doesn't work with WP 3.3.1 and Hebrew

I installed the plugin and tried to import posts in Hebrew.
What I got was a success msg, and 12 blank post (well, the number was right ?? ) with no titles, or any info except for the date and time.
