[Plugin: CSV Importer] No posts found

Gasp. I’ve had success using CSV Importer before, but now running into a problem. Using version 0.3.3 to import into a Custom Post Type with Custom Taxonomies. (using https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/custom-post-type-ui/ to create the custom types and taxonomies)

The test CSV file I’m using is: https://dev.djchuang.com/doc/sd-testing.csv

On a good day, the import goes fine. On a bad day, the import will go through, but breaks the entire content system — so when I go to posts, it says “No posts found” and when I go to the custom type, it says “No songs found.” Gasp! Help?
