Hey, great plugin. Saved me a lot of time.
However, might I suggest you use the standard
<?php ?>tags. I had to go through the plugin and fix those to get it to work on my server. It didn’t take me long to figure out, but I suspect that might also be the source of your broken votes.https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/csv-user-import/
