[Plugin: Custom Admin Bar] A more transparent changelog, please

Each time an update is released, checking on the changelog, I see just a “Initial release” sentence.

I always like to know why there’s an update and if is worth doing it: please, be more transparent.

I know that you rely on WPMU support subscriptions, but at least this information must be given.
