[Plugin: Custom Coming Soon Page] IE Email Submission Crash

When somebody enters their email address into IE8 the screen sits at “Please wait..” and nothing happens. No email is submitted either. This is a big issue since IE users make up about a 1/2 to 1/4 of most people’s traffic
