Just look at the “See what others” are saying. Plenty of people having problems with the plugin. I saw no settings to customize this in any way unless you upgraded. If you want to charge for your plugin, that’s fine, but be honest about it. If not a scam, then this is one of the worst plugins I’ve ever used. The star rating was probably rigged.

I can change the colour scheme
I can change the two colours at the bottom of the same page
I can show my own text
I can use my own image
I can see the social media stuff

Maybe there are problems for some but what I see is what it says it does.

The right way to deal with this is a polite email to the developers. They have A Premium version so it’s in their interests to help. Just ask nicely – after all the plugin here is free.
