[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] Can't change Destination Email

In the Forms tab and in Manage Forms, I have tried to change the Destination Email and the save doesn’t take. I’ve tried clicking on save to the right of the fields and also checking on the form and bulk saving but nothing seems to change. What gives? How do I make any changes to my forms? I’m using the latest version of Custom Contact Forms.
