[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] Custom Success URL: – NOT WORKING

Im having a problem with the “Custom Success URL”. I’ve entered the URL where as instructed but when I submit the information I still get the popup and i’m not re-directed to the URL entered.
If someone can please help that would be great. I haven’t been able to get any type of response by sending a bug report to the owner.
