[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms ] Help with checkbox list

  • Hello. Can someone please let me know how I can create a checkbox list, where someone can select multiple options? For example,
    Which pets do you have? (select all that apply)
    checkbox Dog
    checkbox Cat
    Checkbox Bird
    checkbox Fish

    Commorato and mikedark did either of you manage to figure out how to create a checkbox list using Custom Contact Forms plugin?

    i did not. i’m using Contact Form 7

    I’ll have a look at Contact Form 7.
    My problem with CCF is it has 1 single Reset field (& doesn’t offer the field type in “Create Field”) & I need one for each language. Also, sometimes when I detach 1 field from a form it detaches them all!
    And recently, fields just don’t appear once I’ve created them.
