[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] Won't add Fields

Anyone knows why it won’t save newly created fields ?

After several re-installations, it works. Now will see if it works with 4.7.0.1

I sent you email (at admin), btw doesn’t work again anymore. I get fields all mixed up, then I see them on website, but I deleted them in Form settings…
