[Plugin: Custom Content Type Manager] About Featured Image option

    The featured image box is already supported:

    Create/Edit a custom content type, then go to the “Fields” tab, and check the “Page Attributes” box. Once you have enabled the page attributes, you can check the “Thumbnail” checkbox.

    Sorry it’s buried in there, but you have to enable the “Page Attributes” metabox before you can add the “Featured Image” to it — that’s why I built the UI this way.
