[Plugin: Custom Content Type Manager] Version 0.9.4.5 template error

I just upgraded to the latest version of CCTM (I’m using WP 3.3), and now I am receiving errors when I try to view sample templates. It says:
Fatal error: Class name must be a valid object or a string in [mywebsite]/wp-content/plugins/custom-content-type-manager/controllers/template_single.php on line 141.
