[Plugin: Custom Content Type Manager] Version 0.9.5.13-pl kills category archive function

The new version has the following short-coming:
Usually the standard category archives shows also the custom post types. But after installing the new version 0.9.5.13-pl it does not work anymore. Only the standard post type is showed in the category archives.
My theme is “the morning after”.
Posts are called as following in the archive.php:
