[Plugin: Custom Field Suite] JavaScript error on 1.5.2 release

The latest release gives an error with the “chosen” jQuery plugin, breaking javascript and not letting me edit my fields.
On fields.js, line 29:
Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method ‘chosen’https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/custom-field-suite/
