[Plugin: Custom Field Template] Address Field

What would be the most efficient way to set up an address custom field or fields for both U.S. and international addresses? I want my Mappress Easy Google Maps to be able to grab all the info to generate a map, but I also want the city, state, and country to be separate so I can sort posts by location.
