[Plugin: Custom Field Template] Chained Selection Dropdown Boxes

Sorry for all the questions but I was wondering if this plugin was capable of doing chained selection boxes? For example, I have the make of a vehicle as “GM” so I would program another selection box that appears with GM vehicle models after GM is selected. If I originally select Honda, it would show me a Model selection box for Hondas.
